Vodafone, Doha Bank in bill payment deal

Vodafone customers who pay their bills through Doha Bank ATMs until June 30 will get 500 Vodafone-to-Vodafone minutes free.

Vodafone and Doha Bank have completed arrangements to make Vodafone bills payable through the bank’s ATMs.

To celebrate the launch of the service, Vodafone customers who pay their bills through Doha Bank ATMs until June 30 will get 500 Vodafone-to-Vodafone minutes free.

Bills can be paid at any of the bank’s 119 ATMs in the country, including those located at its 32 branches in Qatar. Any Vodafone customer can do this irrespective of whether he has a Doha Bank account.

All customers completing bill payments of QR50 and above during the promotion period will automatically be credited with the 500 free Vodafone minutes. Customers are eligible for this promotion once every month.

Doha Bank’s customers will have the added advantage of paying their bills online using the D-Bank Internet banking service and can avail themselves of the same benefits during the period of the promotion.

It also completes the range of bill payment and top-up solutions available to Doha Bank customers for telecommunications services in Qatar, with prepaid and postpaid payment options now available to the bank’s customers across the electronic banking portfolio.”
