In the last two years of operation, Qatar Automobiles Company’s (QAC) Doha Mitsubishi Parts Outlet has seen a dramatic increase in sales, reaching a sales average of QR220,000 with more than 1,000 invoices per month in 2012.As one of the QAC dedicated service centres, Doha Mitsubishi Parts Outlet has been serving Mitsubishi customers since 2007. In the first three years of operation, monthly average parts sales were around QR 100,000. QAC Parts manager Mohamed Irsheid considers fast and reliable responses to the customer needs, high parts availability with suitable parts inventory, accurate parts interpretation, quick delivery and competitive pricing as key elements for the excellent parts retailing. He said that this could only be achieved with highly experienced, factory trained and fully dedicated personnel; where NBK invests on human capital. “Our success relies on how we value our customers. In order to cater to customer needs, it would be enough for the business to stand out; but, to gain customer’s loyalty, it will be more than enough to secure a sustainable and long-term business,” he said. The facility has been recently renovated with Mitsubishi CI signboards, customer-friendly counter desk, welcoming glass door and comfortable customer lounge. Due to high demand within the area, the outlet is now open six days a week from 7 am until 7 pm.
