Heir Apparent receives British chief of defence staff

HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani holding talks with British Chief of Defence Staff General Sir David Richards at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. Talks dealt with scopes of co-operation between Qatar and the UK in the military domain. They also discussed the latest developments in the region.  Right: HE Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Major General Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah also held talks with General Sir David Richards. They discussed aspects of co-operation between the two countries especially in military affairs.
