Emir, Somali president chair official talks

QNA/DohaHH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani and Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud chaired a session of official talks yesterday at the Emiri Diwan. The session was attended by a number of Qatari ministers and the official delegation accompanying the Somali president. Talks dealt with relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them. The two sides also reviewed a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern. Later the Emir hosted a luncheon banquet in honour of the Somali president and his  accompanying delegation. President Hassan was accorded an official reception ceremony at the Emiri Diwan before the talks.
