Oryx GTL fetes long-serving staff at event
Oryx GTL held its 2013 Annual Long Service Award Ceremony to honour and celebrate the commitment of employees who have been part of the Oryx GTL family for the past five years. |
The event gave 44 awardees the opportunity to enjoy a night of celebration and gratitude, during which the Oryx GTL executive management and managers thanked them for their support and contribution.
In his welcome remarks, Oryx GTL’s HR manager Abdulhadi Barqan acknowledged the hard work and commitment of the awardees.
Oryx GTL CEO Abdulrahman M al-Suwaidi spoke about the company’s “most important asset” - its people - and highlighted some of its achievements in the past months. He emphasised the importance of corporate focus on safety and environmental conservation for accomplishment of the company’s vision. He also highlighted the importance of teamwork, safety and commitment in helping the State of Qatar achieve the Qatar National Vision 2030 goals.
The CAO of the company, Ahmed Ali Muhanadi, was in the UK to present the Long Term Service Awards to Oryx GTL employees studying abroad.
