Saleh Al Hamad Al-Mana, the distributor of Nissan vehicles in Qatar, yesterday displayed a range of new vehicles from the Japanese manufacturer at Qatar Motor Show 2013 at the Doha Exhibitions Center. Present at the country launch ceremony were Nissan’s Middle East managing director Atsuo Kosaka and chairman and managing director of Saleh Al Hamad Al-Mana, Hisham al Mana. Among the models on display at the Al Mana pavilion were the Nissan Patrol, which the company said is the region’s most respected SUV and has a long running history, Nissan Altima, Nissan 370Z, Qashqai, Nissan Sentra and Nissan Maxima. While thanking Saleh Al Hamad Al-Mana for the remarkable support extended to the company all along, Kosaka said the local distributor has played a big role in promoting the Nissan brand in Qatar. Kosaka also hoped the new models would soon find a large number of patrons among the company’s loyal customers in Qatar. “The Qatar Motor Show is an integral point of synergy between Saleh Al Hamad Al-Mana Company, Nissan, and our customers and it serves as an indispensable channel where we can communicate and convey to our valued customers the direction the Nissan brand is moving globally and locally,” said Saleh Al Hamad Al-Mana. Since its birth, Nissan Patrol has been engineered to take on the toughest conditions while offering passengers the highest level of luxury. The 2013 takes it further by employing advanced technologies to enhance performance on any terrain. The new Altima too is carrying a number of unique features, according to company officials. The Nissan 370Z Coupe is one of the most vibrant and dynamic sports cars featuring unique performance and design attributes. It is designed with an advanced airbag system, large cargo area, Bose sound system, navigation system, rear view monitor, bluetooth hands-free phone system and Nissan’s intelligent key with push button ignition.
