The Minister for Culture, Arts and Heritage, HE Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz al-Kuwari, with Peruvian Ambassador Julio Florian and other guests at the opening of the first Peruvian food festival in Qatar at the Diplomatic Club yesterday. The “Celebrating Peruvian Gastronomy” festival is being held in co-operation with the Diplomatic Club, Air France and KLM . The festival where traditional Peruvian buffet dishes are on offer will run until April 20 and will be open from 7pm to midnight. Two famous Peruvian chefs have been flown in from Lima to prepare authentic Peruvian cuisine.
