Regency Group launches real estate services company

Regency Group Holding has launched “Escrow International”, the first company of its kind in Qatar that will provide high quality real estate services to its customers. The company promises to offer safe and reliable transactions and transfer of property from seller to buyer within the country. The company will be overseen by Al Asmakh Real Estate Development Company, the realty arm of the Regency Holding Group. In addition, the company has started a professional division for property valuations and real estate research. The department consists of expert professionals from various disciplines. “Our industry diversity and depth provides a multi-dimensional approach to valuations in Qatar. We carry out valuations of all real estate assets including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and special uses such as hospitals and schools. All our valuations are carried out in accordance with the standards set by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and International Valuation Standards (IVSC),” Regency Group Holding said. Fadi Barakeh, general manager, Al Asmakh Real Estate Development Company, said: “It will provide safe and secured real estate transactions, thereby facilitating the transfer of real property with ease and help in reducing losses and financial risks that customer may face.” “We as a third party or neutral for both parties will take all necessary measures to complete the real estate transaction between the seller and the buyer no matter how big the value or complex the deal may be and according to the highest standards of transparency and professionalism.” On the possible clients that the company is likely to provide its services, Fadi said: “We are looking at offering our services to the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning, Civil Defence, Qtel, Kahramaa and all property developers.”
