Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co, sole agent of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Qatar, recently organised an educational workshop for Toyota Corolla owners in the showroom at Al Abdulghani Tower.Redwan Youssef, director, customer relation management, welcomed the customers and congratulated them for purchasing the most popular vehicle in the world. The main aim of the workshop was to educate customers on various features available in the vehicle, warranty conditions, after-sales facilities of AAB, importance of conducting periodic maintenance, and tips in case of vehicle break-down.Toyota service technicians also gave on-the-job training to customers to familiarise them with day-to-day maintenance including replacing of tyres in case of puncture, filling washing fluid, and checking brake fluid. A quiz competition was also organised. The event was attended by senior managers of AAB.
