QIIB sets up ‘modern’ 24-hour call centre
International Islamic (QIIB) has set up a state-of-the-art call centre accessible by 4484 0000 to provide “modern and efficient” banking service to its clients. The call centre manned by professionals can be accessed round-the-clock, on all days of the week. “Many key banking services can be done through the call centre helping clients save their valuable time and other resources,” QIIB said in a statement here yesterday.“For some reason, if a client finds delay in getting through the call centre number or gets his call dropped, he will be called back within 15 minutes,” QIIB said.QIIB call centre will provide a range of services and many transactions can be done by clients themselves. These include queries about bank balance, current and savings account movements and deposits in addition to financing portfolios.Through 4484 0000, QIIB customers can also transfer money and ask for statements by e-mail or fax. The call centre facility can be used for requesting cheque books and payment of Kahramaa and Qtel bills.The service is being provided free of charge, QIIB said. A one-time registration is required for QIIB clients to do transactions through the bank’s call centre. The service is available in Arabic and English. “We are eager to provide the best service to our clients and fulfill their banking requirements. Hence the state-of-the-art call centre facility,” said Jamal Abdullah al-Jamal, QIIB Deputy CEO.
