Techno Blue, the sole distributors in Qatar for Samsung audio-video products, appliances and laptop computers, has opened a new Samsung Brand Shop and state-of-the-art service centre in Doha.Samsung Gulf Electronics president Y S Kim and Techno Blue chairman Nabil Abu Issa opened the new facilities yesterday in Al Jaber Building on Al Hitmi Street (old museum road).The new Samsung Brand Shop, staffed by sales consultants fluent in English and Arabic, sells all the latest products of Samsung, including mobile phones. The displays in the showroom are optimised for customers to have a touch and feel of the products. The service centre next door, with almost 600sqm floor space, has a luxurious ambience. Well trained technicians and reception area staff, Internet browsing facility and a choice of beverages are among the highlights.Samsung’s real time quality monitoring system will ensure that the proper standards are followed in this “premium” rated service centre.  A huge inventory of parts and accessories ensures minimum turnaround time for service related issues.Issa said that Techno Blue has been in the forefront of retail industry in Qatar for almost three decades and understands well how to serve its clients in Qatar.“The investment in this service centre reflects our vision that we must offer first class after sales service for the products we are selling,” he said.

Issa added that Samsung customers can expect many more retail and service facilities to be launched by Techno Blue in the near future.Kim asserted that Samsung products are at the forefront of innovation and customer experience.  “Samsung along with its partner Techno Blue will strive to offer the best service in the industry by investing in training, quality monitoring, and the required IT infrastructure so that our customers can have the fullest enjoyment from our products,” he added.
