HE the Chairman of Qatar’s Administrative Control and Transparency Authority Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah, who is also the president-elect of the 2012 UN Climate Change Conference (COP 18), holding talks with Japan’s Environment Minister Goshi Hosono in Tokyo yesterday. They discussed bilateral relations and means of bolstering them and a set of other issues relating to the climate change.
