Qatar Development Bank (QDB) has confirmed its participation in the largest plastics exhibition in the Western Hemisphere, Plastic Industry Trade Event (NPE2012), being held from April 1-5 in Orlando, Florida, USA. Through its exporting arm, Qatar Export Development Agency, Tasdeer, has invited the leading Qatari plastic exporters to be part of the Qatar Pavilion at the exhibition. Tasdeer, along with 13 Qatari plastic exporters, will showcase the export potential and quality of Qatar-made plastic products at the exhibition.The major market segments for plastic imports are manufacturers of appliances, automotive, consumer products, housing/construction, medical and packaging.
