Muslims urged to spread message of Islam

More than 3,000 people, including 800 women, participated in the Eid prayer held at the Aboobacker Siddique Independant School ground in Muntaza. Imam Sheikh Abdul Basith Abdulla Umari exhorted the believers to spread the correct message of Islam and to practice it in the real sense and manner. “All Muslims should change their behaviour according to the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and should extent a helping hand to the suffering people of the world,” he said. Qatar Indian Islahi Centre president Shaikh K N Sulaiman Madani translated the khutuba to Malayalam. Islahi Centre scholars Dr Abdul Ahad Madani, Husain Abubaker and Abdul Hakeem translated Eid khutubas at Wakra, Bin Mahmood and Al Khor respectively.
