Reach Out To Asia (Rota) has thanked the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) for awarding it the "Best Social Event of the Year" for the Wheels N' Heels event held in November 2010.The event, which took place on November 5-6 and attracted more than 10,000 people, raised awareness for Rota's education and humanitarian programmes, raising more than QR1.5mn for the projects."We are grateful for this award, and thank the Qatar Olympic Committee for bestowing upon Reach Out To Asia this great honour," said Essa al- Mannai, Director of Rota.
