W Doha hosted the Qatar Concierge Society (The Golden Keys) monthly meeting this week. All head concierges of 5-star hotels in Qatar attended.Discussions explored how to create partnerships with other international 5-stars hotels’ head concierges to promote hospitality in Qatar. Also on the agenda was how 5-star hotels in Doha can work together to increase the range of guest services they offer and in particular meet the special requirements of business guests.W Doha’s public relations and events manager Edgar Vaudeville said it is important to create strong partnerships with the competition in order to meet the needs of the international business community.
