For the second year in a row, Vodafone Qatar won the award for the Best Call Centre of the Year at the Middle East Call Centre Awards 2011. Vodafone Qatar also received the awards for the Best Voice of the Customer Programme and Best Retention and Motivation Programme. The Awards were received by Deirdre Hutchinson, Vodafone Qatar’s customer care head at the Middle East Call Centre Awards 2011 gala dinner held in Dubai.  “We’re thrilled to have won theses awards; a very big thank you goes out to every single member of Vodafone Qatar’s call centre. These awards are a true recognition of their dedication and commitment to deliver a high quality customer service on a daily basis,” said Hutchinson.
