With a ‘Go Green’ theme, Oryx GTL recently held its annual family day event at Sharq Village and Spa. The gathering united over 500 employees from 33 different countries and featured a variety of activities and games. There was also a traditional Majlis with traditional food as well as Qatari art and crafts, including a falcon exhibition. There was also raffle draws where winners took home LCD televisions, BlueRay disc players, and four Etihad Airways tickets.As part of its commitment to society, Oryx GTL encouraged its employees to donate clothes, appliances, books and other things to Qatar Charity.The event closed with a talent show, where employees and their families had the opportunity to perform on stage to the ‘Go Green with Oryx GTL’ theme.
