A slew of development projects lined up in the south Indian state of Kerala have started attracting the attention of potential investors, a spokesman for Skyline Builders, a leading real estate development firm, has said.“Smart City is in the limelight again and decks have  been cleared for commencing construction of this prestigious IT project,” he said. “Vallarpadom International Container Terminal has also been commissioned at Cochin and is poised to compete with Singapore, Colombo and Dubai in the container transhipment business.
