The event was to renew their friendship and to share their experience of retired life, said a spokesman for the organisers.
C N James addressed the gathering. Tributes were later paid to four members who died last year.
A website for the group was launched by A T George.
Details of the ex-employees, their family members and related news and events will be available on the site: www.qafcoindianexemployees.com.
It will also have a photo gallery.
Participants discussed the group’s future activities.
George Joseph reviewed participation of members in the past two meetings as well as the current one.
The group will now meet in early 2012.
A music session and a"thambola” programme were held on board followed by lunch. "The cruise was a great experience for the group,” the spokesman said.
"Many of the tiny islands in and around Kochi offered a visual treat during the cruise.”
