Alexander Cudlin won the Qatar International Road Racing Championship for the third time by routing the field in both races in the last round of the season at Losail International Circuit on Saturday.Starting from pole position, Cudlin led the first race from the start to give his rivals no chance, winning in 31mins09.669secs on his Suzuki GXSR.German rider Nina Prinz finished second while Mishal al-Naimi was third. Cudlin was in good form in the second race too, winning it comfortably.“The races were perfect for me,” said Cudlin. “I am very happy with my performance.”Al-Naimi finished third overall, while Saeed al-Sulaiti was third. Prinz was fourth overall and was adjudged Rookie of the Year.Indonesian Doni Tata Pradita, meanwhile, won the first-ever Losail Asia Road Racing Series, totaling 198 points. His compatriot Ali Rusmiputro was second with 141 points while Rafid Topan Sucipto, also from Indonesia, finished third with 119 points. The trophies were given by QMMF board member Sultan al-Morraikhi.
