Alban de Mieulle trained Raihan has outstanding credentials to win Umm Al Zubar Cup, a local bred Pure Arabian Stakes, the main event of the 34th day’s races at the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club tomorrow.  The only threat to Raihan in this mile event, could come from Yousef Bentaher saddled Nasir Al Naif. Raihan has been a consistent performer and in the form that he is, the Umm Qarn Farms bred champion should romp home in style. Qatar’s leading jockey Jassim al-Kaabi will be on the saddle on the Alban trainee. The QREC will conduct its first Sand Race Meeting today.
