Asraa Min Albarq fancied for Al Musheireb Cup

Julian Smart trained Asraa Min Albarq has outstanding credentials to win the Al Musheireb Cup, which highlights the 28th days racing at the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club today.
The only threat to Asraa Min Albarq in this 2,200 metres event, could come from stable mates Jaafer and Aziz. The Smart trainee has been unbeaten in his previous three starts will go into the race as the overwhelming favourite and would be hard to beat.
The Al Rayyan Cup for local Thoroughbreds has attracted a strong field of seven runners. Zohair Moghsen schooled Qadir’s winning streak is seriously under threat as she takes on Yousef Bentaher saddled Al Naif Way in a fight for supremacy. This race promises to produce a thrilling finish.
The first race is scheduled to start at 3.30pm in a card of seven events framed for the day.
