Buenaflor, 28, was arrested by police in Aurora, Isabela province, north of Manila on Thursday. Buenaflor was photographed by the victim aiming his pistol behind three members of the victim’s family while welcoming the New Year. According to the police, Buenaflor has six accomplices in all.
