Podar Pearl School clinches ‘My White Flag’ Trophy – Rayati Bayda Cup
Podar Pearl School has been honoured with the prestigious "My White Flag” Trophy – "Rayati Bayda Cup”, in recognition of achieving the "White Flag” status for three consecutive years since the award’s inception.
In addition, Podar Pearl Kindergarten and Pearl Kindergarten have received "White Flag” recognition certificates.
These accolades reflect the institutions’ unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance, institutional excellence and responsible educational governance.
This recognition reflects the school’s exemplary record of zero violations over three consecutive years.
Podar Pearl School’s sustained achievement reflects the school’s enduring culture of accountability, transparency, discipline, and operational excellence, reinforcing its standing as a responsible, forward-looking educational institution.
The trophy was received by school president C Muhammed Nizar, principal Rakesh Singh Tomar, and vice-principal Rathi Ramanujam from Private Schools and Kindergartens director Dr Rania Mohammed, who is also the acting director of the MoEHE’s Private School Licensing Department, during the formal award ceremony.
Podar Pearl Kindergarten headmistress Sandhya Raghavan Nair and Pearl Kindergarten in-charge Asfana received appreciation certificates recognising the school's "White Flag” status for their commitment to upholding regulatory standards and maintaining excellence in educational governance.
The recognition follows a comprehensive evaluation of the school’s compliance with MoEHE standards across key areas, including academics, administration, campus safety, infrastructure, staff documentation, student welfare, transportation and support for learners with additional needs.
The assessment also covers grievance-redressal mechanisms, adherence to the ministry’s Code of Ethics, and awareness of regulatory guidelines among parents, staff and students.
The school management conveyed its congratulations to the entire Podar Pearl School fraternity, acknowledging the leadership team and staff's collective dedication, professionalism, and conscientious efforts.
