This transaction adds a high-quality and diversified portfolio of assets, increases our exposure to new technology aircraft and broadens our relationships across a range of airline operators and markets. The portfolio's long-term contracted cash flows and attractive diversification characteristics are highly complementary to our existing investments."
The acquisition further advances Lesha Bank's strategy of building a scaled and diversified portfolio of aviation assets, while increasing exposure to modern, fuel-efficient aircraft operated by a broad mix of established airline customers.
The transaction also enhances diversification across aircraft types, lessees and geographic markets, supporting the continued growth of Lesha Bank's aviation investment.
