HMC expands Dental Services across Qatar's Northern Region

Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has expanded its dental clinics at Al Khor Hospital and Aisha Bint Hamad Al Attiyah Hospital, bringing the total number of clinics to eight, with the intent of providing a comprehensive range of dental specialties in the Northern Region and improving access to specialized care closer to patients' homes.

This expansion comes as part of HMC's ongoing efforts to expand the scope of dental services and provide them across different areas of Qatar, while meeting the increasing demand from patients.

Dr. Muneera Jassim Al Mohannadi, Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director of Al Khor Hospital, affirmed that the expansion of dental services in the Northern Region comes as part of HMC's commitment to providing integrated, high-quality specialized healthcare services across Qatar.

For his part, Dr. Nasser Al Maarefi, Chair of Dental Services at HMC, said HMC's dental services continue to advance and develop with the aim of providing comprehensive, high-quality specialist care for all patients.

He explained that this overall expansion underscores HMC's commitment to facilitating patients' access to various specialties closer to their places of residence, while ensuring seamless clinical integration between the Northern Region facilities and Hamad Dental Center at Rumailah, thereby ensuring the delivery of safe, effective care in accordance with HMC's established standards and best practices.

For his part, Dr. Abdulaziz Mohammed, Head of the Dental Department at Al Khor Hospital and Aisha Bint Hamad Al Attiyah Hospital, explained that this new expansion was also supported by a dedicated medical team comprising eight specialist dentists representing various dental disciplines.

He noted that having these specialists based in the Northern Region has made a significant difference in the patient experience and will ensure the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality care in accordance with the highest standards.
