HH the Amir receives phone call from Prime Minister of Greece

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received a phone call from the Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

 

The call discussed bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the scope for expanding it in different fields to advance the two countries' joint interests.

 

The call also discussed the latest regional and international developments, led by the Middle East. The two sides exchanged views on efforts to de-escalate, enhance regional security and stability, and the importance of continuing diplomatic efforts to resolve urgent crises peacefully.

 

The two sides also stressed the importance of enhancing international cooperation and coordination to advance international peace and security, maintain the security and safety of international maritime and trade routes, and enhance stability and promote development for the people of the region and the world.
