Qatar Post launches new version of 'CONNECTED' for international shopping and shipping

Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) has announced the launch of the new version of CONNECTED, an integrated international shipping service that enables customers in Qatar to enjoy a seamless global shopping experience from leading online retailers worldwide using international shipping addresses, with secure home delivery through a reliable logistics network.

The service allows customers to shop from international stores that do not offer direct shipping to Qatar. CONNECTED receives, processes, and ships purchases from United States, United Kingdom, Turkiye, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Jordan, before forwarding them to Qatar through flexible shipping options and competitive rates, with continuous expansion plans to add more origin countries.

The service operates by providing customers with dedicated international shipping addresses to receive their purchases, which are then consolidated, processed, and re-shipped to Qatar. Customers can also track shipments and manage their orders through the digital platform. In addition, the service offers shopping guides, store links, and multiple shipping options for each country, enhancing ease of use and expanding customers’ shopping choices.

CONNECTED features flexible shipping solutions, competitive pricing, home delivery services, and online and cash-on-delivery payment options, while simplifying international purchasing procedures to ensure a smoother experience from checkout to final delivery within Qatar.
