Kit Devahastin, the chargé d’affaires at Thailand’s embassy in Doha, has said that Thailand warmly welcomes the agreement reached between the US and Iran.
"We commend the constructive roles played by Pakistan and Oman as mediators in the negotiations, as well as the efforts of all parties concerned, including Qatar, in pursuing dialogue and diplomacy to ease tensions,” he said.
"We also commend Qatar’s significant role in addressing global issues, especially in leading mediation for conflict resolution and sustaining peace, promoting sustainable development, and providing humanitarian assistance,” Devahastin stated.
"Thailand sincerely hopes that the agreement will be fully implemented in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations.”
