HH the Amir extends Eid Al-Adha greetings across Qatar and Muslim world

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has conveyed Eid Al-Adha greetings to people across the State of Qatar and the wider Muslim world, wishing for peace and prosperity on the occasion of the Islamic holiday."I congratulate citizens, residents and all the peoples of our Islamic nation on the blessed Eid Al-Adha. May God return it to everyone with goodness, reassurance and peace," His Highness said on his official account on the social media platform X on Wednesday.Eid Al-Adha, one of the holiest festivals in Islam, is marked by prayers, family gatherings and charitable acts, and commemorates the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his son in obedience to God.The holiday is being observed across the State of Qatar and the wider Muslim world with public prayers and celebrations.
