Ministry of Commerce and Industry orders one-month closure of company, imposes QR1 million fine for consumer protection violation

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), in a post on X, announced the administrative closure of a company for a period of one month and the imposition of a financial fine of QR1 mn for violating the provisions of Article (10) of Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection.
