QYH, Qatar Tourism announce registration for Tourist Guide Training Programme

Qatar Youth Hostels (QYH) has announced the opening of registration for the fourth Tourist Guide Training Programme, in partnership with Qatar Tourism (QT)."This partnership builds on numerous successful collaborations with them on several programmes organised in recent years,” the QYH said in a statement.This edition will include the largest possible number of aspiring tour guides.The QT will supervise the delivery of training courses with various tourism entities, such as the National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ) and the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA).These courses, the QYH statement added, will help hone the skills of Qatari youth as tour guides and establish them on the highest international standards of professionalism, enabling them to welcome all delegations from around the world who come to visit and explore Qatar in the most beautiful way.The QYH concluded by saying that all young people are invited "to seize the opportunity and register for the programme, as the number of seats is limited”.Registration continues until June 15, 2025.
