Dukhan Bank has officially announced its sponsorship of three races in the Qatar Triathlon Team’s (QTRI) 2024-25 season, as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR).The three races are the Ramadan Duathlon on March 14, 2025; the Aquabike Qetaifan Island North League scheduled for May 10; and a third race to be confirmed at a later date.The announcement was made during a signing ceremony held in Lusail, which was attended by senior representatives from Dukhan Bank and the QTRI, along with key stakeholders and media representatives.This partnership is part of Dukhan Bank's CSR programme, demonstrating its continued support for health, wellness, and community engagement, as well as its contribution to the increasingly dynamic sports tourism sector in Qatar.This partnership further strengthens the QTRI's initiatives, which include a variety of programmes. These include 'You Can', focused on integrating individuals with disabilities through sports; 'Our Islands', promoting Qatari islands as tourist destinations via athletic events; 'Hafez', fostering environmental sustainability through sports; and 'Our Duty', demonstrating the team's commitment to social responsibility as a core community value."We see these races as more than just sporting events; they are vibrant community celebrations that inspire people of all ages and abilities to embrace an active lifestyle.
