Ooredoo is the Platinum Supporter of a graduation ceremony for the latest generation of social entrepreneurs. The Social Development Centre (Nama) concluded the fifth generation of its social entrepreneurs development programme, Rawasi 2022, in October 2022 and lauded the graduates during a recent ceremony.Moza al-Muhannadi, director of CSR, Sponsorship and Media at Ooredoo, who attended the graduation ceremony, said: "We were delighted to support such a worthwhile initiative and help celebrate the graduation of another generation of invaluable social entrepreneurs.Nama launched Rawasi to create new generations of social entrepreneurs. The six-workshop programme highlighted the ways in which social entrepreneurs can help drive tangible social change by establishing business projects that focus on creating a positive impact within the community and adding value to society.During the ceremony, Manar al-Jabri, director of the Social Service Department at Nama, said: "The Nama Centre is working constantly to learn from international experiences in creating empowered social entrepreneurs who understand their national responsibility.She added: "The Rawasi programme was developed with the aim of nurturing youth talents in social entrepreneurship.
