The camps affairs organising committee at the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change has spotted and removed a number of winter camps installed without prior licenses across different areas in the country.The committee has also cleaned the areas after removing the camps. The Ministry has affirmed that inspection campaigns on the camping areas around the country is continuing to ensure the camp owners have obtained licenses from the entities concerned.The Ministry pointed out that when the license expires, the owners should remove their camps and hand over the place to the entities concerned in the same condition they received them. The campers are not permitted to dig wells and should abide by all the other related environmental and legal regulations. The inspection patrols and campaigns are set to continue round the clock to spot any violations.
