QNB has organised its annual blood donation campaign for its employees, in co-operation with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC)’s Blood Donor Centre.The campaign, which took place at the QNB Mathaf Tower building, aims at contributing to supporting the blood bank stock at HMC and ensuring blood supply on an annual basis while raising awareness of the importance and benefits of blood donations in the community, a press statement notes.The blood donation drive is one of QNB’s many CSR health-related initiatives that the bank holds, in co-operation with HMC and other leading institutions in Qatar and across its international network, to support the communities in which it operates and to promote public health and well-being.Heba Ali al-Tamimi, senior executive vice-president of QNB Group Communications, said: "We are proud of the continuous co-operation with Hamad Medical Corporation, the leading medical institution in the country.
