Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs holds Israel responsible for opening warfare on Palestinian people

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs held Israel fully and directly responsible for the consequences of the open warfare on the Palestinian people and their rights, especially the grave consequences on the flash point zone and the entire region.In a statement, the ministry condemned the open war unleashed by the far-right Israeli government under the presidency of Benjamin Netanyahu against the Palestinian people, property, sacred places and homes, including targeting the Palestinian political system and leaders.It believed that the plans and measures of the far-right government of Netanyahu fall within the framework of a frantic Israeli race against time to resolve the future of negotiating conflict issues unilaterally, and by the occupying power, in deep hostility to peace and political solutions to the conflict, as a translation of this government's failure to recognise the reality of Israel's occupation of the land of the State of Palestine.This is an implementation of Netanyahu's red lines, which constitute a persistence in rebellion against international law, resolutions of international legitimacy, and the signed agreements, and a challenge to the international community and the declared stances of the US administration regarding the two-state solution, and the rejection of any illegal unilateral measures that threaten the opportunity to achieve it, the statement added.The statement pointed out that practising the international double standards by the international community is entirely unacceptable, including the reproduction of traditional stereotypes in handling the Palestinian cause and the suffering of Palestinians, with which Israel is now able to live with it, as long as it does not affect Israel's relations and interests with other countries, and is not accompanied by real pressures and effective measures that coerce the occupation state to back off from implementing its expansionist and racist colonial program.
