Wind inshore will be northwesterly 18 to 28 knot gusting to 35 knot at places at times.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 20 to 32 knot, gusting 42 knot at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometer or less at places at times.
Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet. Offshore it will be 6 to 10 feet rises to 15 feet at times.
