The Amir met with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi; Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani; President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and President of the African Union Felix Tshisekedi; President of Seychelles Wavel Ramkalawan; Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa; and Armenian President Armen Sarkissian.
His Highness the Amir also met with Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah; Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati; Prime Minister of the National Unity Government of Libya Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh; German Chancellor Dr Angela Merkel; Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau; Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi; Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and a number of heads of delegations taking part in the summit.
The meetings reviewed aspects of cooperation and ways of enhancing and developing them, as well as opinions and viewpoints on the most prominent developments in the region, and the most important topics listed on the agenda of the summit.
The meetings were attended by a number of members of the official delegation accompanying the Amir.
