Vodafone Qatar announced its participation in Project Qatar, the international construction technology and building materials exhibition, which opened Monday at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC) and will run until October 7.
Project Qatar is the country’s biggest and most comprehensive construction business platform and will see high-level government speakers, market leaders, and specialists take part in discussions around the future of the industry and how businesses can embrace technology to digitally transform.
During the exhibition, Vodafone will be displaying solutions that address the specific needs of the construction industry, and which are particularly focused on how technology can be used to enhance workers' safety, operational efficiency, and site data analysis.
Visitors will be able to see first-hand Vodafone’s recently launched Push-to-Talk Plus and Internet of Things (IoT) Fleet Management solutions, as well as learn more about innovative concepts that have been developed specifically for this industry and which will only be showcased during the event. Innovative concepts like these are a testament to how Vodafone can customise its products, services, and solutions to cater to a diverse range of customer requirements.
Vodafone continues to provide the right tools for those in the industry to digitally transform their business operations for increased efficiency. In addition, Vodafone’s continued expansion of its extensive 5G and fibre networks showcase its ongoing investment in enabling businesses to adopt the latest technologies and digital services, in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
Mahday Saad al-Hebabi, Business Services director, Vodafone Qatar, said: “We welcome visitors to this year’s Project Qatar, and invite them to see first-hand our solutions that can promote digital transformation in their businesses and across the entire construction industry.
“Businesses should harness IoT solutions as a strategic asset to support their commercial decisions, and our aim is to make the selection and adoption of IoT solutions easier, more accessible, and affordable for all businesses. By fitting technologies to the exact needs of our customers, they can leverage new capabilities and transform their operations whilst improving their own customer service offering, and enhance their efficiencies.”
Vodafone’s innovative digital solutions are underpinned by Vodafone’s advanced GigaNet network and aim to enhance operational efficiency as well as deliver other benefits such as improved security, employee collaboration, and cost reductions.
