“Legal advice is one of the best preventive solutions for project owners and companies when it is offered in a timely manner. When legal advice is requested, business owners can obtain legal information or knowledge that shows the law’s point of view in the dispute or legal issue, and the value of the advice increases when it is presented before the emergence of dispute so that knowledge is revealed with insight when acting to protect the advisor from accountability, loss, or conflict in the future.”
He added: “In this regard, we affirm that legal advice is in the place of a preventive barrier for the consultant, whose pillars are four foundations of competence to distinguish that it is legal analysis and that it is a specialist in law, legal study, and is adopted with an objective and abstract opinion.
“We cannot fail to direct the business owners in the consultation to the necessity of enabling the consultant to the realistic elements of the incident and its details and not to hesitate in consulting to gain time and money, and to ward off the possibility of conflict and thus provide the consultant with protection in a timely manner so that the incident or event does not become a turning point and stumble if he neglects it.”
