Greece has included Qatar among the green list countries whose citizens are allowed to enter the Greek lands and exempted from quarantine.
The citizens of those countries - including Qatar - must fill out a Passenger Locator Form listed on the website (https://travel.gov.gr) as a travel document necessary to enter the country and present a certificate of vaccination against Covid-19 issued in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish or Russian from a recognised official or private hospital, provided that 14 days have passed since the second dose and it shall mention the traveller's data as mentioned in his/her official papers.
Greece has also stressed the need to conduct a Covid-19 PCR test 72 hours before travel for citizens who have not received a vaccine against the virus, in official or private accredited laboratories.
They should show the negative result at the airport of entry, provided it is in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish or Russian and mention the traveller's data as contained in his/her official papers.
Those who have recovered from Covid-19 must show a certificate proving their infection with the disease, provided that 2-9 months have passed from the date of infection.
All travellers will undergo a rapid test at Greek airports and are also obligated to comply with all measures and precautionary measures imposed in Greece. In addition, all travel and airline companies must verify the required certificates, and in the event of a violation of their commitment, they are responsible for returning the traveller to his/her country at their expense.
