HE the Undersecretary at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE), Dr Ibrahim bin Saleh al-Nuaimi, has visited some private schools in the country to review their commitment in complying with the coronavirus (Covid-19) precautionary and preventative measures.


He was accompanied by Omar al-Nama, assistant undersecretary for Private Education Affairs, and Hamad al-Ghali, director of the Private School Licensing Department.
He expressed happiness about the health and safety of students, the teaching and administrative staff, the progress of the education process and the extent of commitment to the directives of the MoEHE and the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) in this regard, the MoEHE said in a statement.

HE Dr al-Nuaimi also praised the role that educators, school leaders and administrators play in these schools in terms of supervision and follow-up, as well as their keenness to apply all the procedures and implement them in the right way and communicate with the competent authorities in the event of any infection since the start of the pandemic last year.
This has positively impacted positively public education in Qatar, in order to achieve Qatar National Vision 2030.
