Al Bayt Stadium Park is set to host the Al Khor Carnival from this Thursday, January 21, until February 6.
"Come and join the first edition of Al Khor Carnival 2021 and step into a world of festive delight," according to information available on the carnival's social media pages and the Aspire Zone Foundation website.
The opening hours of the carnival are from noon until 10pm.
Touted as the "biggest festival of the year", the Al Khor Carnival will offer fun rides, entertainment and shopping for the entire family. Besides, "amazing shows and visual displays" also await visitors at the event, the organisers have said.
Visitors can also enjoy "beverages and bites from favourite local spots", as the carnival will feature food trucks and outlets.

The park, located next to Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor, was opened to the public during the last National Sport Day.
