Ooredoo has been honoured with an award at the Winter Summit of its partner, Silicon Valley innovation giant Plug & Play.

Ooredoo was named winner of the Corporate Award in the Internet of Things (IoT) category. More than 30 other companies in the Plug & Play ecosystem were considered for IoT awards, including household names like LG, Karcher, and Nintendo.

The Plug & Play Winter Summit 2020 was a four-day event held recently, celebrating the achievements of more than 147 startups and corporate partners. Alongside Ooredoo were such other major award winners as Pfizer and Star Alliance.

Ooredoo cemented a partnership with the renowned startup accelerator and corporate innovation platform at the beginning of 2019 and has seen significant success with several of its start-ups.
