Students of MES Indian School commemorated Qatar National Day (QND) with enthusiasm and gaiety on the virtual platform in the respective classrooms recently. During the special assemblies conducted in virtual mode in all sections of the school, students delivered speeches glorifying the successful emergence of Qatar at all fronts.
Arabic and English songs, dance performances of students in the traditional outfit of Qatar and activities such as drawing pictures, paper crafting by the students lent a special touch to the assembly. Quiz competitions were also held in classrooms where the students keenly contested with each other. An exclusive video presentation depicting the important landmarks and rich cultural heritage of the country was the highlight of the assembly. Hameeda Kadar, principal of MES Indian School, congratulated the students as the celebration reflected their love for Qatar and the jubilant spirit they displayed for the host country.
