The General Directorate of Traffic has announced that the owners of vehicles that have been impounded for more than three months should approach the Traffic Investigation Section in the Industrial Area, Street 52, to complete the necessary procedures and take their vehicles back after paying the penalties and fees.
This has to be done within a period of 30 days from the date of announcement (November 18), the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said through a post on social media. In case the owners of the seized vehicles do not show up and complete the required procedures within the specified period, the General Directorate of Traffic will "cancel seized vehicles that have completed the legal period from the traffic records and display them for sale through auction," the MoI added.
