Ooredoo announced yesterday it is among the first operators in the Middle East region to adopt the Netgear Nighthawk M5 as a major new device in its nationwide quest for 5G customer service.
Ooredoo joins other leading regional telecommunications operators in deploying this game-changing equipment, which promises incredible 5G mobile broadband Internet, download speeds of up to 3Gbps and the capability to connect up to 32 devices simultaneously without compromising on speed or reliability.
Customers can expect a powerful, long-lasting battery, an intuitive touch screen and parental access controls, and can manage the device via the Netgear mobile App through which connection status and data usage can be viewed using a smartphone or tablet.
Customers purchasing the new device will get double Nojoom points. Speaking about the Netgear Nighthawk M5, Sabah Rabiah al-Kuwari, director, PR at Ooredoo, said: “Ooredoo strives to deliver excellent 5G customer service, and a powerful new device like this can provide the leading edge of such work. “As our audience acquires more devices – smartphones, laptops, tablets – and looks for high-quality video streaming in all kinds of places, it is exciting to find and distribute such an advanced technological solution to these requirements.”
