Property sale activity from September 6 to 10 was dominated by building sale transactions, which formed the chunk of total sale deals generating up to QR365.7mn or 59.3% of aggregate sales volume clinched in 70 transactions.
Vacant land lots generated as much as QR251.4mn from 65 sale deals, controlling 40.7% of the total volume, according to Ezdan's latest real estate report.
Al Rayyan municipality outperformed other municipalities in terms of substantial deals controlling 48% of the total sales volume.
The breakdown of property sale activity from September 6 to 10 reflected the registration of 135 real estate sales with a total value of approximately QR617.2mn, distributed among seven municipalities namely, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Shamal, Al Daayen and Al Wakrah.
The deals entailed vacant lands, residences, multi-use buildings, multi-use space, and residential buildings.
Al Rayyan municipality acquired the highest deal in terms of value by selling a land lot spanning over an area of 15,004sq m, sold at QR272 per square foot, totalling QR44mn.
